The course is designed to provide you with five modules of instruction, along with 2 weeks of guided meditations to help you build your practice. While the content will "release daily" starting the day you enroll, you may also go at your own pace, as you will have continued access. Find what works for you!

After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. So no worries if you miss a day, you can always come back to the initial instructional modules and listen to the daily meditations when you are ready.
